Hello! I’m Martyna but friends know me as May. On a daily basis, I am working as a graphic designer and webmaster. I’m constantly expanding my expertise in UX/UI Design. Wanting to tie my profession with the IT industry in the future, I started studying computer science at the Univesity of Silesia. I still remembered about my passion for graphics, which has been my greatest passion since primary school.
Yay, Ive got my first job! I started working in a printing house Imielski. I designed materials according to customer needs: banners, flyers, posters, catalogs etc., and operated digital printing machines.
Studying brought satisfactory results - I became a Bachelor of Engineering! I defended my thesis entitled “Web parking space occupancy registration system”. What a great news!
Officially, I became a Master of Science, graduating from computer science at the University of Silesia. Thesis title: Analysis and evaluation of the impact of user-centered design methods on the usability of web applications.
I left a printing house. I was focused on my further development so I started working as a graphic designer and webmaster in Mediarecovery - computer forensics and cybersecurity company.
I completed the Witflow User Experience Design course under the supervision of Iga Mościchowska - one of the greatest UX Design authorities in Poland.
